Borrow some money from a friend or family, purchase it, and refinance it. This way, the title will be clean, and you will be able to get a low APR from your credit union. Just saying. Good luck

Damn. I was afraid of that. I will look for a personal loan. I know it is more expensive to pay back, but at least the price is good.
